What does MCF Flex make and sell?
Since 1967 in Ostim, Ankara we manufacture hydraulic hose fittings, pipe connectors, pneumatic components and hose crimping/cutting/skiving machines. We also supply fitted hydraulic hoses and hydraulic & pneumatic materials.
Which thread standards do you offer?
We stock fittings in Metric (DIN 2353), BSP, Whitworth/UNF, ORFS, JIC, NPT and Komatsu standards. Use our Thread & Size Guide to identify your thread, or match step by step with the Product Finder.
Can you make custom hydraulic hose assemblies?
Yes. With our own crimping presses we build fitted hydraulic hoses from 3/16" to 3", in any length and end-fitting combination. Just send your needs via the contact form or by phone.
What is the difference between BSP and Metric threads?
BSP (Whitworth) has a 55° thread angle while Metric is 60°; their sizes and pitches differ. BSP is inch-based (e.g. 1/2" ≈ 21 mm O.D.) and Metric is mm-based (e.g. M22×1.5). See the Thread & Size Guide for details.
Do you sell hose crimping machines?
Yes — we build hose crimping presses ourselves. GPY, GPM and GPD series offer 79–283 tons of force in manual and PLC-controlled models. We also make cutting-skiving, pipe bending and flaring machines.
Which brands do you carry?
We offer products under the MCF, UMCO, SEL and TRANSFER OIL brands, and are an authorized supplier of Gates and Transfer-Oil. UMCO hydraulic hoses are a featured range in our portfolio.

Do you ship across Turkey and abroad?
Yes. With our deep stock we ship quickly across Turkey and fulfill export requests.
What is an ORFS fitting and when is it used?
ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) seals via an O-ring on a flat face. It is one of the most reliable solutions under high vibration and pressure, preferred in construction machinery and heavy-duty applications.
Do you have quality certifications?
Yes. Our production is covered by the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, is CE marked and 100% locally made. Since 1991 we produce on CNC machines with 0.001 mm precision.
What pneumatic products do you offer?
Plastic and metal push-in fittings, nut-type metal fittings, sintered and plastic silencers, solenoid/NAMUR/pedal valves, check and quick-exhaust valves, FRL units, and PU/PA/PTFE pneumatic tubing.
