01 Data controller

Your personal data is processed by MCF Flex Hidrolik Pnömatik (“MCF Flex”) as data controller, within the scope described below. Our contact details appear at the end of this page.

02 Personal data processed

When you complete our quote or contact forms, you submit the following data:

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: e-mail address, phone number
• Customer transaction: company name, requested products, message content
• Transaction security: submission timestamp and technical records

03 Purposes of processing

Your data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Preparing and sending the quotation you requested
• Answering your product and technical support questions
• Conducting pre-contractual discussions and the commercial relationship
• Fulfilling our legal retention and disclosure obligations

04 Legal basis

Your data is processed on the legal bases of KVKK art. 5/2-(c) “directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, art. 5/2-(ç) “compliance with a legal obligation” and art. 5/2-(f) “legitimate interests of the data controller”. Any processing beyond this scope relies on your explicit consent.

05 Collection method

Your personal data is collected by partially automated means through the forms on our website, e-mail, telephone and in-person meetings.

06 Transfers

Your data is shared with our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers only to the extent required to deliver the service. Transfers to authorised public bodies may occur upon lawful request. It is not otherwise shared with third parties and is never sold.

07 Retention

Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and until the end of the statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

08 Your rights under KVKK art. 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to a result arising against you from analysis solely by automated systems, and claim compensation for damages.

09 Applications

You may submit your requests in writing to our Sales & Marketing address or by e-mail, together with information verifying your identity. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
